Senior Highway Design Engineer
Brampont, Markham, London or Hamilton, ON
As a Senior Highway Design Engineer, you will be a part of the Transportation team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Prepare preliminary design reports (PDR), design criteria, preliminary and detailed designs associated with new and/or the rehabilitation of divided highways, arterial regional roads, collector roads, and local roads.
- Prepare preliminary designs for CADD staff and review drawings for compliance with applicable industry and client standards.
- Prepare Contract Specifications, Tender Documents, and Applications for Agency Approvals.
- Review and issue finalized Shop Drawings.
- Coordinate and mentor junior staff within the division.
