What you will do?
- You will be responsible in the design, standardization and governance of the Manufacturing organization across Asia Pacific region
- You will partner with HR and Business Leaders in developing Manufacturing operating models to define roles, span of control and decision rights
- You will drive workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness via headcount optimization, organizational transformation and process standardization
- You will establish metrics and analytics to monitor workforce effectiveness, capability maturity, organizational health and transformation outcomes
