Senior HSE Coordinator – The Senior HSE Coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing and administering the Bird Safety Program and monitoring safety compliance on the assigned project(s). This position will be located in Petawawa, Ontario, and requires Secret-level II security clearance.
What You Will Be Working On
- Oversee and enforce health and safety standards for all trades and subcontractors on site.
- Lead subcontractor onboarding, ensuring all documentation, training, and certifications are complete before work begins.
- Conduct and review risk assessments and ensure risk management measures are in place prior to job start milestones.
- Deliver and coordinate safety training, toolbox talks, and site orientations.
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety policies and procedures.
