Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia is currently searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Burnaby on a contract until the end of June 2027. The Senior Human Resources Generalist’s (“SHRG”) responsibilities include acting as a key senior contributor in developing, implementing, and maintaining human resources programs and policies, and acting as a senior level resource supporting employee relations.
This includes but is not limited to complaint intake and investigations, leaves management and workplace accommodations, and other HR-related projects and initiatives.
