As our Senior Human Resources Generalist, you'll join a collaborative HR team consisting of a Director of Human Resources, an HR Coordinator, and a Training & Development Specialist. Together, our team supports the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, payroll, training and development, disability management, compliance, and organizational initiatives.
In this role, you’ll serve as a key HR partner to leaders and employees across the organization, providing guidance on a broad range of HR matters while helping foster a positive, respectful, and high‑performing workplace.
