Senior Inside Sales Representative – Newmarket, ON
Rexel Canada, a division of Rexel and Nedco, is a leading electrical distribution provider with a nationwide network. The role is located in Newmarket, ON.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly service customers via phone and email daily.
- Process orders, inquiries, and quotations each day.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and confirm stock availability.
- Suggest alternatives when necessary and follow up on all quotations.
- Make at least four outbound calls per day to solicit additional business.
- Assist customers with e‑commerce inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of inside sales or customer service experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
- Computer literacy; AS400 experience an asset.
