Job Description
Claroscuro Architecture Inc. is seeking a Senior or Intermediate Architectural Technologist to support multi‑family residential and select commercial projects through the building permit, tender, construction, and closeout stages. This position is best suited to a technically strong technologist with experience preparing permit and construction documents, coordinating consultants, developing construction details, and supporting contract administration during active construction.
Position Overview
This role combines technical documentation, consultant coordination, permit support, and construction‑phase administration within an architectural practice. The successful candidate will contribute to clear and coordinated drawing packages, support the production of permit and tender documents, and assist with field review, submittal review, change documentation, and communication with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities having jurisdiction.
