Add new assets on asset management platformsAlign the financial asset register with DTA/ Motadata asset records (Capture fin asset number in IT asset records; provide detailed description where needed to finance team to update the financial asset register).Disposal of assets. Approval process and arrangements with Finance to remove from asset register; updating records.Facilitate of employee purchases of old hardware. Request invoice and ensure agreement is signed, payments are made, and all documentation is in order.Manage the physical asset verification process and assist with the administration behind this.Analysis and support of lifecycle management.Consumption and compliance support for software asset management.Stock managementIdentify, coordinate and assist with improvements and automation to support administration of assets.<...
