IT Business Analyst – Service & Repair
To strengthen our Service & Repair IT team, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will work with other IT business analysts and our business counterparts on further developing and enhancing our IT solution to support our global Service & Repair strategy. The role focuses on supporting the ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management processes for medical equipment used in hospitals. You will be responsible for assessing, designing, and developing enhancements in conjunction with business stakeholders and may be required to work from the Medtronic facility in Bogota minimum two days per week, with the remaining days eligible for remote work.
