Aptonet Inc. is seeking experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiters to join our world-class recruiting team. This role is based in Latin America (LATAM) and will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. You will recruit LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and also support U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our U.S. clients.

What We Look For
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment .
- Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles .
