In this position, you will oversee the management of up to 50 litigation files, conduct legal trials, and provide critical legal opinions and status reports. • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation files
• Conduct examinations, mediations, and trials
• Provide regular legal opinions and status updates

• Implement strategies to reduce overall litigation costs
Requirements:
• Accredited Law degree and Alberta Law Society membership
• Minimum of 3 years experience in litigation
• Strong negotiation and advocacy capabilities
