Thesuccessful candidateswillpossessa demonstrabletrack recordofM&A withinUK,Europeand/or US markets.They shouldpossesstheskills andexpertiseto lead and manageclientportfolio’send-to-end, providing theappropriate levelof advice.The role requiresthe ability to manageprofessional services teamsandresourcesandprojectmanagemultiple transactions simultaneously.Strong industry knowledgeisrequired.
