Sr. Manager, Incident Management Employment Type: Full-time Salary range: $59,741 MXN gross per month. Position Overview Ottomate is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our international clients for a highly driven and proactive Sr. Manager, Incident Management role. This position is responsible for leading and evolving the Incident Management practice within a fast-paced SaaS and cloud operations environment. The selected candidate will manage a team of Incident Managers while driving high-impact incident response processes across enterprise platforms and customer-facing systems. The person in this role will work closely with CloudOps, Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Customer Success leadership to improve incident response operations and overall customer experience.
