Position Summary This role provides strategic direction for benefits and retirement/savings programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. The role identifies and implements strategies to improve program outcomes and associate experiences.
What you’ll do This role provides enterprise-wide strategic and administrative direction in accordance with legislation and industry best practices on all insured and non‑insured health and dental programs, retirement plans, and savings plans sponsored locally and in collaboration with our global partners. It may involve collaborating with management on wellbeing initiatives (including disability management) that impact the benefits scope for program implementation.
