The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations in our Toronto office. This person needs to be resourceful, adaptable, highly organized, and above all else, a very strong communicator. Someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves and be hands‑on to get things done, while also being someone who can take a step back and be strategic and calculated with our approach.
This role will help shape and execute our business strategies, improve and expand our current operations, and overall, help take ShyftLabs to the next level.
