Senior Manager, Cost Control – Data Centre Infrastructure
Overview
Bell’s AI Fabric program is a transformational national initiative focused on building a secure, high‑performance, coast‑to‑coast compute platform to enable the next generation of AI innovation and reinforce Canada’s leadership in Sovereign AI. This role leads capital cost management and financial controls across Bell’s data centre build portfolio, reporting to the Director, Program Controls. It owns cost baselines, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial transparency, discipline, and audit‑ready reporting for mission‑critical infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Cost Management
- Own project capital cost baselines, commitments, actuals, and forecasts‑at‑completion.
- Monitor cost performance, identify emerging risks, and provide variance analysis with clear drivers.
