The Senior Manager, Communications and Delivery, Data & AI Risk, enables the Enterprise Data & AI Risk (DAIR) Program by leading strategic communications, change management, and learning initiatives that build awareness, understanding, and adoption across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Methodology & Operations, Data & AI Risk, this role designs and delivers role‑based training and executive‑ready materials, coordinates readiness and rollouts for DAIR policies/standards/tools, and tracks adoption insights to strengthen risk culture and execution.
