Management and delivery for a portfolio of initiatives focused on Salesforce as a CRM, data integration/management and advisor solutions, ensuring that deliverables align with strategic priorities and drive Advisor efficiency.Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business needs. Incorporate modern technologies and practices to improve production support efforts, reduce operational costs, and improve security, availability, and reliability of overall business systems.
