Overview
Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering to lead the strategy, delivery, and evolution of the Salesforce platform across multiple business lines. You’ll own the engineering roadmap, govern platform standards, and lead multiple squads to deliver secure, scalable, and high quality solutions in a regulated environment.

- Own the Salesforce engineering strategy and multi year roadmap; align with enterprise architecture, business priorities, and modernization plans.
- Govern development standards (coding, security, accessibility, reuse), lifecycle practices, and platform operating model across squads.
- Drive platform scalability, performance, observability, and resilience; ensure alignment with risk, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
