About the job Senior Manager - Equity Initiatives Our client is actively looking to fulfil the role of Senior Manager - Equity Initiatives.
Reporting to the Director or Human Resources, Senior Manager of Equity Initiatives is responsible for providing strong leadership in developing, implementing and coordinating initiatives that support and advance diversity, equity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives. This will include working with staff, leadership, the Board, funders and community partners. One of the first initiatives will be to work with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement a Black youth long‑term affordable housing model.
