Summary
This role is accountable for ensuring our fleet is reliable, field-ready, and operating at optimal capacity. You will lead the maintenance strategy, reduce unplanned downtime, and build the systems, reports, and programs needed to support a growing operation.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the company’s maintenance strategy across all equipment and operations
- Establish and drive preventative , proactive, and predictive maintenance programs
- Standardize maintenance practices, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance and equipment team
- Drive accountability for safety, performance, and productivity
- Own KPIs including uptime, downtime, maintenance compliance, and lifecycle cost performance
