Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 10–15 Rotation Associates: onboarding, daily HR management, weekly coaching, and ongoing development plans.
- Administer the Rotation Associate program: maintain an onboarding guide, coordinate manager introductions, track program statistics, and manage rotation data.
- Evaluate performance: conduct ongoing feedback, mid‑year check‑ins, and year‑end performance reviews.
