The Live Operations team at ViX is seeking a Senior Manager, Streaming Media Operations to lead and scale our live streaming operations across sports and entertainment content, with a strong focus on soccer.
This role goes beyond day‑to‑day execution and is responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling processes, and leading a high‑performing, globally distributed team. The Senior Manager will oversee end‑to‑end live streaming operations: including scheduling, monitoring, incident management, escalation strategy, and continuous improvement, ensuring a seamless viewing experience across ViX, TelevisaUnivision, and third‑party platforms.
