What You’ll Do
:
Leads a team responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards, providing monitoring and insights to the Canada Collections leadership team to drive the effectiveness of collection recovery effortsResponsible for the design and development of analyses pertaining to collections performance for late stage collections. Identifies actionable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive improvements in collection strategies and action plansLeads a team responsible for the developing, publishing, & monitoring automated KPI reports & dashboards to support the business.
