In this role, you will:
The Senior Manager, Unsecured Policy & Analytics plays a pivotal role in strengthening policy, governance, analytics, and risk management for the Bank’s Retail Unsecured lending portfolio which encompasses a broad suite of products across a diverse range of customer segments, channels, and programs.The Senior Manager will perform continual reviews and analysis of existing policies and procedures in order to identify opportunities for improved risk management while supporting responsible growth for retail unsecured lending products across the product and customer lifecycle, diverse delivery channels, and risk technology tools.The Senior Manager will work closely with various business line partners to ensure strategies, policies and Programs, are within Risk Appetite by identifying opportunities, recommending changes and resolving any issues or gaps.They will also be responsible for deve...
