The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Technology/Metallurgy Manager this role is focused on the upgrading of our multi-metals demonstration plant and achieving stable process control and operation. You will provide technical guidance and leadership to the Plant Metallurgists and operational leaders by monitoring plant performance, driving initiatives to improve recovery, throughput, and cost efficiency.
