Job Purpose
Provides consultation to mines on operational and engineering related issues and continuous improvement, manages special projects, supports product development process through requirements definition, and supports sales/marketing initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides Mining Consulting services related to the Intellimine® product suite
- Provides system assessment, engineering analysis, performance analysis, and benchmarking services
- Provides change management services for new system deployments
- Provides training to new Mine Services Engineers
- Solve customer operational problems
- Study and apply “Lean” and Continuous Improvement concepts to customer operations
- Create standard templates and support knowledge base for services
