Senior Officer, Agency Recruitment

Assist in agency recruitment events, such as material preparation, logistic arrangement and event enrolment

Prepare the promotional materials of recruitment events (e.g. Poster and Promotion Email)

Prepare and consolidate the market data and company information for the recruitment tools (e.g. Recruitment Brochure, Rollup Banner and recruitment leaflet)

Co-ordinate with vendors, designers and technicians for the arrangements of events and workshops

Provide daily support on team administration such as payment

Degree holder or above

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in insurance industry with experience in agency operations

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
