Responsibilities
Develop and maintain systems that ensure proper methodologies are used in conformance to client requirements.
Administer corporate human‑resource programs relating to recruitment, retention, compensation, training, EEO, performance appraisal and record documentation.
Analyze and interpret data, guide corrective actions, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures before releasing results.
Support company initiatives, collaborate with other department leaders to implement new methods, and train staff accordingly.
