Description
An experienced OCM specialist will support the implementation and adoption of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) across the organization. The role leads change management activities to drive stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and alignment across hiring leaders, suppliers, procurement, technology, and delivery partners. The successful candidate will act as the internal OCM lead, coordinating closely with MSP and VMS partner change teams to ensure consistent communication, training, and rollout execution.
