You will apply your deep knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes while collaborating closely with Operations, Procurement, and Brand teams to enhance packaging performance and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of cross-functional packaging projects for optimal solutions
• Utilize technical expertise to validate packaging designs and performance
• Troubleshoot manufacturing inefficiencies and quality defects
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Operations on packaging initiatives
• Mentor junior developers and build technical capabilities within the team
