Join Applied Systems as a Senior Payments Operations Specialist in a hybrid role. Own and enhance our payments operations, focusing on dispute and fraud management based in Toronto.
As a senior leader within our Digital Payments team, you will direct important operational tasks while mentoring an Operations Analyst. Your decision-making abilities in fraud escalation and KYC processing will be vital for the success of our business operations. Strong analytical skills are a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete dispute and chargeback workflows
• Analyze ACH return trends for patterns
• Assess fraudulent activities and escalate complex cases
• Oversee KYC outcomes and exception handling
• Document and maintain operational procedures
Requirements:
• 5+ years in payments operations or related fields
• Expertise in NACHA rules and Regulation E compliance
• Leadership experience directing operational teams
