Job Summary
The Senior Payroll Analyst is a key member of the NAM Payroll team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in the United States and Canada. This role involves complex payroll calculations, audits, system testing, and project support, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of pay runs to identify and rectify errors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Process and reconcile Earnings Input Batch (EIB) data, ensuring accurate input of earnings and deductions.
- Maintain and update Actual Compensation Administration System (ACAS) data, ensuring accurate compensation calculations and reporting.
- Process and reconcile payroll related to the LTI program for both US and Canadian employees.
