Job Description
Renesas are seeking a highly analytical and detail orientated payroll analyst to oversee and optimise allocated European payroll operations. The successful candidate will join an existing team of three experienced payroll team members, supporting European payrolls across 15+ countries.
+ Responsible for end-to-end monthly processing of company payroll.
+ Liaise with current payroll vendors to ensure compliance with local legislative requirements and accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions.
+ Supporting our payroll transformation activities to integrate our HRIS and Vendor payroll systems for improved efficiency and standardization; organisation, time management, confidentiality and data accuracy will be key skills to be successful in this role.
