Senior Payroll Specialist (Leader)
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist (Leader) to join our team. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with Colombian labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our international leadership and local employees, requiring seamless communication in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Lead and execute the complete monthly and bi-weekly payroll cycle for local operations, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Compliance & Tax Regulations: Manage social security contributions (PILA), withholding taxes, and local labor law requirements.
- Reporting & Auditing: Prepare, audit, and present payroll metrics, variances, and financial reports to regional leadership and international stakeholders.
