They are seeking an experienced and passionate People Advisor to provide clear, practical guidance on ER, wellbeing, performance and absence management to Managers and Team Leaders across the business.
Based in Fareham, paying up to £35,000. You will report into a supportive and highly experience HR Manager. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
