About this opportunity:
As a Senior Performance & Reporting Analyst, you will lead through influence, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders. This role requires close collaboration with Downstream leadership, the Downstream Business Office, refinery manufacturing finance teams, as well as corporate planning and reporting functions. A critical component of success is building and maintaining strong relationships across downstream operations, finance teams, and performance networks. You will be responsible for establishing robust governance over financial processes at individual manufacturing sites while supporting business stakeholders in gathering, consolidating, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
