As a Presales Representative based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing customer requirements, and recommending suitable technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth reports on technology solutions in software development (MUST) and infrastructure specification.
- Learn and analyze customer requirements to identify potential solutions and prepare presentation documents and materials.
- Collaborate closely with sales members and partners to provide expert knowledge on products, operations, and technology to customers.
- Work with competency teams and development teams to deliver comprehensive proposals and project plans.
- Respond to RFP/RFI questions and conduct solution demonstrations.
