Job Description
Responsible for building strategic procurement & deploy action plans while optimizing ongoing annual savings improvements in defined categories.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Works hand in hand with legal (both internally & externally) and administers contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives.
+ Provides liaison to legal department for contract or terms and conditions issue resolution
+ Provides liaison to AP department to resolve vendor reconciliations or questions
+ Assists internally with purchase of goods and services necessary for efficient operation of organization.
+ Supports formulation of policies and procedures for bid proposals and procurement of goods and services.
+ Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, internal spend and other data and information to determine reasonable prices.
