We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer (Pillar) in AAA game development to support delivery across a large-scale project. You will partner closely with the Product Owner, and pod leads to translating priorities into clear plans, facilitating key Scrum rituals, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and supporting team health across the pillar.
This role combines game production experience, agile facilitation, and day-to-day team leadership. You will help create a collaborative, transparent, and accountable environment where teams can deliver high-quality work with focus and clarity. If it sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
