Position Overview
The Senior Product Designer will join our Product Led Growth team to focus on onboarding and activation for new law firm customers. You will own the design of the first 120 days of the customer journey, ensuring new users experience meaningful value, develop the habits that make Clio indispensable, and stay engaged.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design of the onboarding and activation experience across all Clio products, mapping the journey from initial setup to habit formation and discovery of additional features.
- Design and ship in‑product guidance: checklists, empty states, contextual tooltips, progress indicators, and in‑app guidance to support users through setup and value moments.
