Responsibilities
- Shape the design‑system strategy for digital, working with the central Design Systems and Brand teams to define system application across the portfolio.
- Own UI quality across the digital experience, setting high standards for style, interaction, visual hierarchy, component use, motion, and accessibility.
- Drive day‑to‑day adoption of the design system, ensuring correct, consistent use of components and feeding friction points back to the central team.
