Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and highly analytical Senior Program Manager to lead the development and launch of new programs focused on improving customer delivery speed. This role will connect with Worldwide (WW) teams and Amazon geographies to identify, benchmark, and evaluate leading speed capabilities, operating models, and best practices that can be adapted and deployed within the local network.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and program management capabilities, with preferred experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Transportation, Process Improvement, or direct-to-customer operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments, identifying global best practices, understanding local operational nuances, and translating proven concepts into scalable programs that deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost.
