Summary
We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Management to join our growing Talent Development & Learning Team. This role will be located in one of our Canadian hubs (Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary).

- Program Ownership: Lead the execution, and continuous improvement of core talent management programs, inclusive of our annual talent systems cycle (feedback, goal-setting, talent reviews, calibration, and development planning), career development, and succession planning process.
