Deliverables for Sr. Project Manager
Agile Delivery & Team Leadership
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple concurrent, high visibility agile projects.
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement).
Ensure teams adopt and adhere to Agile values, principles, and best practices.
Remove impediments proactively and elevate complex blockers appropriately.
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, etc.).
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
