About our client:
- Our client is a well-established construction company with operations across Hong Kong, seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their building construction projects (residential, schools, office buildings, and similar developments).
- This is a senior leadership role with overall accountability for project delivery, business development, and team leadership in the competitive Hong Kong market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major Hong Kong property developers, the Buildings Department, Development Bureau, consultant firms (architects, quantity surveyors, structural engineers), and public utilities.
