Senior Project Manager – Buildings Division (Permanent FT, Office-based, Canada)
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to support the Buildings Division, reporting to the Project Director. The role involves delivering complex projects from estimate through close‑out, encompassing schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment for Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex construction projects from estimate to close‑out, providing full accountability across schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment.
- Own project financial performance, including cost reporting, forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, margin management, and risk, claims, dispute resolution.
