In this role you will manage complex contracts, guide stakeholders, and support delivery of nationally significant D&B infrastructure projects in Ireland including metro, aviation, rail, water and highway schemes comprising tunnelling and other heavy civil works. Your new role
As NEC Project Manager, you will be responsible for contract and commercial management across major infrastructure programmes. You will set contract strategies, monitor contractor and consultant performance, manage claims and disputes, manage technical assurance and ensure consistent application of delivery standards. You will work as part of large, multi-disciplinary teams and provide clear direction to a range of stakeholders at all levels.
Your key responsibilities will be:
