A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Manager at Esri Canada
- Lead assigned Professional Services projects from initiation through close‑out, including complex, multi‑workstream engagements.
- Define and manage project scope, delivery approach, milestones, and integrated schedules, ensuring alignment to contractual commitments.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and change control, including tracking financial performance and ensuring timely approvals.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies with appropriate escalation.
