Allshores is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. This role provides end‑to‑end project leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines with full accountability
- Develop and oversee multiple project plans, including interdependencies with other initiatives and business units
- Integrate organizational change management (OCM) strategies to prepare, support, and reinforce business unit transitions
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) log
- Provide regular status updates to steering committees and leadership teams; establish and maintain project governance cadence
